Hopefully this archive will be greatly expanded in the not-too-distant future. I had planned a 6-week trip to Morocco, nearly three traveling independently with Erik and then four at an artist residency at the edge of the Sahara. I'd been looking forward to this for many months as 2020's birthday trip. But our trip was aborted to only 4 days as Morocco closed its borders in response to the spreading Coronavirus. I was prepared that I may have to cut the trip short, but we never imagined we'd have to cut it *that* short. However, we packed a lot into our four days, during which time we were stationed at a guesthouse in the medina of Marrakech. For now, here are posts from those days and I hope I may return one day to finish the itinerary I had planned.
